Chaplin
House
It was an honor to work on such an historical and significant
house- the Chaplin Home. As part of the renovation process,
ETz was responsible for constructing the retaining walls that
support the ground and the irregular original of the pool constructed
in the early thirties. A total of 19 caissons some drilled to
a depth of 45 feet support the road above the mansion and allow
for a deck around part of rhe pool most of which is embedded
deep between retaining walls.
