Calabasas
Three single-family custom homes built in the Calabasas Highland
neighborhood. These were 3,000 square foot homes with high quality
finishes and amendments. The challenge of this project was underground
water table that flooded our caisson drillings. A special underground
drainage system was placed under the homes. Another challenge
was protecting and maintaining the oak trees on the lot throughout
the project.
