& 3720 Alomar Dr.
The Alomar St. projects included two homes with a 7500sf and
3500sf floor area. Both homes were a great structural challenge.
They were designed to be built on a steep hillside with multiple
friction piles some descending more than 50 feet into bedrock.
The pool attached to 3660 Alomar Dr. was designed to rest on
piles 20 feet over the existing slope, giving the final product
the silluate of an aircraft carrier.
Both homes were finished to a very high standard.
