In 1988 Ethan Teitler, as a General Contractor built a 10-unit
apartment building in the City of Beverly Hills. This three
story over two level parking was one of the first projects ETz
built in California. The building project was a partnership
headed by Mr. Sam Brener. In the same year, we also built a
12-unit apartment building on Westmoreland Ave. near Venice
Blvd., and as a developer built an auto repair shop on Pico
Blvd.
