13360 Burbank Blvd was purchased by 13360 Burbank Blvd Partnership
LLC with Ethan Teitler as General Partner. This project included
purchasing of a 28,000sf lot witch was partially R1and R3. We
were successful in changing the zoning of this parcel allowing
us to build 22 units instead of the original 16 units allowed.
This 22 townhouse, 10 million dollar project is scheduled to
begin at the end of May 2004.
