Sparr-Heights
Sparr-heights was a City of Glendale project witch included
seismic-retrofit, and tenant improvement work of this historical
building used as a community center. Following decades of neglect
the whole exterior structure was replaced in order to maintain
the historical integrity and look of the building. This project
was completed in a record five months. The city used nothing
but the best in order to minimize future deterioration, and,
every step of the project was thoroughly supervised.
